10 curtsy lunges

3 rounds:
1 min each station:
1: donkey kicks right
2: donkey kicks left
3: superman press behind the neck (Broomstick)
4: rest

B.
for time
6 Rounds x  10 reps
1rep =
1 reverse burpee
2 push ups
2 plank jumps
1 knee to elbow each side.
*after each round 10 squats (weighted if possible - KB/DB/Backpack/etc.)
