6 - table rows or bent over rows
7 - odd object swings
8 - ground to OH
9 - toes 2 object
10 - lunges
11 - dips
12 - devil presses
first round: 100 SUs
second round: 2 v-ups, 100 SUs
third round: 3 thrusters, 2 v-ups, 100 SUs
4th round: 4 burpee tuck jumps, 3 thruster, 2 v-ups, 100 SUs
5th round: 5 push ups, 4 burpee tuck jumps…
continue this pattern until 12 rounds completed
