10 narrow grip OH squats with broomstick
(Or 5/5 single arm OH squats)
EMOM 5
10 OH Lunges with backbag or any other weight
EMOM 10
10 burpees
Add 1 rep every min
If you fail go back to 10 reps for the remaining time
